Fowl Music

From Rufus Thomas' "Do the Funky Chicken" to Link Wray's "Run Chicken Run" there have been many songs about our feathered friends in the last century. Why? Sure they're delicious - but is there something else? Something primal about the way they strut around the barnyard? Is it possible that flightless fowl could inspire us to boogie till dawn? I have a dreadful feeling that we'll never really know for sure. Here are a few items that observe this strange phenomenon that I hope never ends  -
